The full blimp story

love these moments :)

Btw, it turns out that the red blimp was meant for monitoring the traffic. It's some new thing they use now to keep an eye on crazy drivers, but we still have those helicopters that keep track of the traffic for the radio stations and report any traffic "hot spots." Actually, I think there are only two of those blimps: one is obviously in the north (the one I saw), and the other one is somewhere in the south (but I guess they use it in the central areas, too).
