Anyway, my dad was the first to listen to her message. When I figured out the message was from school I started changing color. I was afraid she said something about me being in trouble for some reason . However, that wasn't the reason she called...
Her message was quite funny: "I'm sorry to say *Oh Oh* it like that, but I have good news. Inbal's getting an excellence award. The ceremony is taking place... she'll get the actual invitaition on sunday. It will be brought to her during the history bagrut exam. It will be near her seat, hmm... near her seat". OKKKKK, I'm happy it wasn't bad news... But, how dare you tell me that I'm getting this excellence award and shatter my illusions?! I finally accepted the fact I'm not gonna get it! It was one of the things I told myself I would work hard for at the beginning of the year. Long story short, I didn't do anything and I know what my grades are. I really don't deserve it. I mean, I'll take it, but I don't know if I'm gonna go to that silly ceremony.
