As a child I really hated pigeons. The main reason was they got into my house at least three times. I was very disgusted and frightened by them! They're ugly...

Btw! In Hebrew we call Doves the same thing we call pigeons, but add "white" to describe what kind of pigeon we mean, so everybody understands... However, a dove IS a sort of pigeon. Eventhough you normally don't see a dove in the street, it's still interesting how you make a peace symbol out of an animal who poops on your stuff constantly.

Anyhow, the reason I started this whole pigeony tail was my neighbors. I don't know what the hell they put on their awning (גגון אם תהיתם), which is between our balcony and theirs, but the fact is those dirty noisy pigeons visiting this awning systematically. I'm sure they're building a nest... I don't feel like having a bird's nest above my head (awning whatever...)!! Another problem: Brendon (my cat if you wondered) wanders in the balcony area including outside the window, on the air conditioner engine freely. Yea, like you can guess he would like some pigeons in his belly. He's not able to eat them though. I'm not worried about the dirty pigeons. I'm afraid he'll jump and make a skydiving from the window AGAIN (we live on the sixth floor). Last time he did it nothing happened to him. He didn't get hurt or anything, But I still don't like the idea of my cat falling/jumping like that.
