I passed the first sorting tests for the "air crew" (the jobs like pilot and navigator in the Israeli Air Force) two months ago. Since I didn't refuse to take their tests from the very beginning, I now have to go wherever they tell me and take them. If I pass all their tests and the medical examinations show that I'm fit for these kind of jobs (and they don't kick me out for any other reason), I'll get a chance to kick myself out before the try-out. I want to pass those tests but I have no plans to be a pilot or a navigator. I just got my license. I hardly got to drive, and I don't feel comfortable with that yet. The bigger issue to me is: the pilot(/navigator) course is 99.999...% certain to include a parachuting course. I don't know how well you know me, but I'm sooooo not the person who'll go and jump/fall/be pushed from an airplane... The chances I can be a pilot are very slim anyway.

My point was -- yesterday I had the first out of two intensive test days. I needed to be in "Tel Hashomer" at 9am. I felt bad the night before and that morning. I went anyway. Actually my dad gave me a ride. After some difficulties with finding the place, I got there.
I'm a bit shortsighted but it's not very bad, I normally don't wear glasses or contact lenses... (not just because I don't like to). An optometrist checked my eyes and said it wouldn't be a problem. Later I had a math/physics test. During that test I felt even worse. I wasn't nervous from the tests at all, I just felt bad. It's not really new. I've had a lot of weird/bad feelings the last six months and I haven’t figured out the reason yet. Anyhow, my legs fell asleep followed shortly by my hands. It became stronger and stronger till I felt it a bit in my face! I was scared cause it hasn’t ever happened to me before. I saw some flashes and was very dizzy but I don't think I was close to fainting. However, after the test I stayed in the classroom cause I was thinking that they might give us a break. Hmm... they didn't. The girl started explaining the next test and I couldn't stand it anymore. I told her I felt really bad and she let me leave the room. I got out of the room and kinda laid down on the floor till it got better. Then I needed to find my way out of this base without dying in the middle of nowhere. My dad was waiting for me. On our way back home it happened again. My legs and hands fell asleep again... It was stronger and my general feeling was worse. We stopped somewhere and waited till it got better, then got in the car again. I made myself fall asleep so I wouldn't feel anything weird. It worked.

I have no idea what caused it all. The doctor said there's might be a problem with my thyroid gland (בלוטת התריס) but it's not necessarily that.
However, it doesn't seem like I'm ill or anything... I just hope next week it won't happen again (I'm going back to that place to take the more tests).
